| “An artist of any medium
can choose no better subject than a child. Endlessly energetic,
constantly changing, guileless, naturally beautiful – children
make eternally intriguing, charming, exciting subjects. By portraying
a child, you break open in the viewer a stronghold of feelings;
memories and experiences, for we all have been children. An artfully
and thoughtfully executed photograph of a child can awaken in the
viewer feelings of security and vulnerability, joy and grief, playfulness
and solemnity, all of an intensity that we may have long forgotten
we’re capable of. Children in and of themselves are works
of art.”

Jiahe & Jiayi
These lovely twins are very different in terms of character. Jiahe,
who is 2 minutes older than Jiayi, is pretty shy and has an intrigued
look on his face. His sister Jiayi is a bouncing bundle of joy who
reacts better to people.

Dillon
Dillon’s one of the most photogenic kids I've met! But it was
exhausting chasing this active little boy around! Being exceptionally
smart, Dillon often surprises us adults with his little antics and
grown-up behaviour. While taking a break from the shoot, he accidentally
dropped his half-bitten fish burger and got scolded by his dad; he
was close to tears.
